Argo is the leader of a group of young superheroes from the planet Sarus called the S-Force.
Summary
At first Argo suspected Coop to be a bad guy, but Argo later learned that he wasn't evil, just dull. Despite their misunderstanding, they became good friends and later helped each other battle several of their giant robot enemies. Argo pilots the Red Hawk Zorp.
Notes
- Argo is a parody of Mark from Battle of the Planets, the first English-language adaptation of Gatchaman. Argo's voice is similar to Casey Kasem who voiced Mark in the original series. Scott Innes, Argo's actor, has voiced Shaggy Rogers (Kasem's character) in numerous Scooby-Doo projects.
- He has the same motif as Ryu Tendoh/Red Hawk who serves as the Red Ranger from the 1991 Sentai series Choujin Sentai Jetman.
