Klaar was the head and Prison warden of Prisoner Planet. Klaar reprogramed the A.I.'s of dangerous criminal robots for the greater good. He was voiced by Peter Cullen who also played Zanzor in the series.
Biography[]
Klaar once mistook Megas for one of his prisoners, but the misunderstanding was soon cleared up. Klaar decided to destroy Megas anyway due to Coop's interference. He had all of the prisoner robots attack Megas using a massive antenna, which Coop destroyed. Ultimately, the criminals were all released thanks to Coop, who thought the robots were being held as slaves by Klaar. The final shot of Klaar shows him in the burning ruins of his besieged base, stunned in fear as a liberated criminal robot towers over him and grins menacingly. However, after the credit sequence, at least one of the robot criminals' reprogramming kicked back in, suggesting Klaar survived and managed to repair the mind-control antenna.
