This is the list of Megas XLR seasons and episodes that have aired on Cartoon Network. Note that due to production errors, some of the original airing dates are out of order; for example the episode "Coop D'Etat" was planned to air several months earlier than it did in September 2004, which was originally meant for "The Driver's Seat". The episodes are listed here in the chronological order that was originally intended.

Coop’s ability to use Megas to fight off other giant robots and monsters has caught the attention of the intergalactic sports promoter Magnanimous, who offers to accept Coop as Earth’s entrant in a grand tournament of fighting robots. As Coop goes for the championship belt against countless ruthless opponents, Jamie attempts to impress some attractive alien woman while betting money on Coop and Megas. Meanwhile, Kiva discovers that Magnanimous has his own plans in inviting Coop to enter the tournament, though will she be able to tell Coop before it’s too late?
3 All I Wanted Was a Slushie Chris Prynoski Jack Monaco 15 May, 2004
It's a hot summer's day, so Coop is in a hurry to finish his daily training with Megas and grab a Mega-Slush from the nearest convenience store. Unfortunately, while training in space, Coop unwittingly collides with a cloaked alien transport ship orbiting Earth, and returns home to discover he's accidentally unleashed a rampaging robot known as the REGIS Mark V. While the spider-sized REGIS doesn't look like much at first, the metal-eating, self-repairing monstrosity gradually grows to city-destroying size. And if Coop doesn't do something, REGIS will destroy the entire planet, not to mention every Mega-Slush machine in Jersey City!
4 The Fat and the Furious Chris Prynoski Michael Kramer 1 May, 2004
Coop enters Megas in a local car show, and tries to show up fellow gearhead Tiny. Unfortunately, damage received in an earlier incident with a cheez whiz monster combined with Coop's showing off causes Megas to break down. The Glorft catch wind of this, and attack the car show in their efforts to capture Megas. With Megas crippled, Coop must rely on his new "manual mode" and the help of his gearhead friends to hold off the Glorft long enough for Kiva to get Megas running at 100%.
5 Buggin' the System Chris Prynoski Michael Kramer 29 May, 2004
While training in deep space, Coop discovers a mysterious library with massive amounts of information, which may hold the key to defeat the Glorft, if these strange energy eating worms don't devour it and Coop first.

When Coop is testing one of the recent features on Megas, he accidentally awakens a creature that heads towards Earth, in which it begins devouring the planet’s TV satellites. Unfortunately for Coop, this interferes with his plans to watch one of his favorite television programs, so Coop must get in Megas to head out to destroy the creature that he was responsible for awakening.

Coop finds a video game cartridge at a garage sale, which turns out to be an ancient containment device for alien criminals. Unfortunately, Coop finds this out after accidentally releasing one of the prisoners, the dreaded Grrkek the Planet Killer. To make matters worse, Coop and Jamie accidentally release the rest of the prisoners while trying to stop Grrkek's planet-destroying rampage and capture him! Can Coop and the Megas stop a veritable army of city-destroying giant monsters?
8 Dude, Where's My Head? Chris Prynoski Alain Matz & Michael Kramer 31 July, 2004
To impress a local girl that he’s admired for the past few weeks, Jamie convinces Coop to let him take her for a ride in his car. Coop reluctantly agrees, though he tells him to bring it back as quickly as possible, as the car is the control center for Megas. However, when the Glorft show up and Jamie still hasn’t brought the car back to Coop, Coop must rely on Megas’ back-up control system, though will Coop be able to stop Warmaster Gorrath without Megas’ head?
9 The Bad Guy Chris Prynoski George Krstic 22 May, 2004
The mayhem Coop has created with Megas has attracted the attention of an intergalactic team of heroes, the S-Force, who have become convinced that Coop is some sort of evil villain terrorizing the Earth. They attack Coop in their souped-up robot "Zorbs", but his attempts to defend himself, while successful, don't convince the S-Force he's a good guy. To make matters worse, the arch-nemesis of the S-Force, Ender, shows up and offers to team up with Coop in conquering the universe! Can Coop convince the crippled S-Force to accept his help in fighting Ender and prove he's not the bad guy?
10 Junk in the Trunk Chris Prynoski Jack Alvino 14 August, 2004
Megas is having some serious problems and if it isn’t repaired, it will likely get destroyed in the next battle. Kiva realizes that there’s only one planet in this time period that has the resources to fix Megas, so they head off to the planet which turns out to be a waste disposal planet used by several alien races. Once they land on the planet, they meet the creature in charge of the planet, though it doesn’t take long for them to realize the true reasons behind his innate hospitality.
11 DMV - Department of Megas Violations Chris Prynoski Jack Monaco 7 August, 2004
While shopping at a local store, Coop and his friends discover that in their absence, Megas has been towed away by the Department of Motor Vehicles. To make matters worse, an alien bounty hunter has come to earth and the trio won’t be able to successfully defeat her without Megas. Coop heads off to try to break through the rigorous bureaucracy at the DMV, though Kiva soon discovers that the bounty hunter is actually after her.
12 Coop D'Etat Chris Prynoski Jack Alvino 4 September, 2004
Megas is the prize in a battle to determine who will be the new emperor of an evil robotic race. Can Coop defeat all the wanna-be rulers and come out on top?
13 The Driver's Seat Chris Prynoski George Krstic 28 August, 2004
When Coop is testing one of his latest features on Megas, he inadvertently teleports himself right into the Glorft’s mothership, in which they take him prisoner. Kiva and Jamie must figure out how exactly to get Coop back before they cause him any physical harm, though with all the modifications Coop has made towards Megas, they can’t figure out how to properly control it. Meanwhile, Gorrath decides to use some unconventional tactics in hopes of getting Coop to reveal the essential information he needs to find Megas.

When a group of attractive women from another planet come to Earth in hopes of getting Coop to come be their savior, Jamie decides to take Coop’s place in hopes of tricking the girls into falling in love with him. Jamie heads off with the attractive women and he enjoys his time in the limelight, though when Jamie realizes what exactly it is that he has to fight, he realizes that it’s not so easy to live up to Coop’s reputation.
15 The Return Sue Perotto Alain Matz & Jack Monaco 23 October, 2004
It’s the last day possible for Coop to return a video to a rental store or else his membership will be revoked. Coop’s confident that he can use Megas to get down to the rental store in no time, but when Magnanimous announces that anybody who manages to defeat Megas will become the new champion, countless enemies show up in hopes of taking Coop down. While Megas is a very powerful machine, Coop begins to wonder if he’ll have time to defeat everyone while still having time to make the return on his video.

When Coop is stuck babysitting his cousin Skippy, he tries to earn his admiration by showing him Megas. Unfortunately, Skippy doesn’t really care about anything Coop does, though when the Glorft show up with another plot to destroy the Earth, Coop and Skippy must work together to save the world and escape the Glorft’s wrath, though will Skippy change his opinion on Coop’s abilities?
17 Viva Las Megas Kelsey Mann Jack Monaco 6 November, 2004
Coop, Kiva and Jamie decide to head out to Las Vegas in hopes of gaining some rest and relaxation. However, when Coop decides to take Megas into Area 50, they discover that the military based was sealed off for a reason and they must do battle with a giant robot that plans to steal all the electricity that Las Vegas uses.
18 Thanksgiving Throwdown Kelsey Mann Ford Riley 27 November, 2004
The gang's Thanksgiving plans come to a grinding halt when a spore-like virus monster crash lands on Earth with hopes of multiplying and infecting everything and everyone, thanks to Coop accidentally releasing it from its dormant state in an asteroid ring cluster.

The S-Force home planet gets attacked by an evil warlord and the only one that can save the day is Coop, much to Targon’s dismay. While Coop does everything he can in order to try to save the staggering S-Force, Jamie does everything he can in order to impress Duchess in hopes of getting a date.

While out in space, Megas begins to get sucked towards an unknown ship and nothing Coop does can break free. They soon discover that the ship is owned by Captain Warlock, a charismatic space pirate, who has plans to make Kiva his new queen. While Kiva completely ignores his advances, she soon learns that she must make a difficult decision when her reluctance puts Coop and Jamie into serious danger.
21 Terminate Her Kelsey Mann Jack Monaco 4 December, 2004
The Glorft returns and in a sneak attack, they target one of Kiva's distant ancestors at the "Greater New Jersey Punk Fest" concert at the Meadowlands arena. If Coop and the gang don't find Kiva's spunky ancestor before the Glorft soldiers do, Kiva will never exist.
22 Ice Ice Megas Juno Lee Ford Riley 11 December, 2004
While testing out Megas' new propulsion system Coop crashes on a frozen planet where a giant robot mistakes them for invaders and attacks them. Coop destroys the mech only to find out to late that he was the only thing protecting the planet's people from an invasion of robots. Now, Coop, Jamie and Kiva must fight off an army of transforming robots to save the "Space Bigfoots".

After tinkering with the sound system of Megas, Coop and the gang find themselves on a distant planet with a bunch of peace-loving robots and their less than peaceful, brainwashing caretaker.

When a renegade alien robot gets wind of Coop's newest creation, a universal remote control, he assumes it will give him control of everything, and schemes to get it from Coop by any means necessary.

When the Glorft try to destroy the Earth with a giant drilling "Core Destroyer", an ensuing tussle between Gorrath and Coop ends with the two of them (and their mechs) being transported into an alternate reality, where they are quickly captured by a band of humans. But why are they piloting Glorft mecha, and living in the ruins of the Glorft mothership? And why is this reality's version of Jamie a buff, battle-hardened leader who has it out for Coop? And will Coop and Gorrath really set aside their differences long enough to find out what's going on and/or get home?
26 Rearview Mirror, Mirror (Part 2) Kelsey Mann George Krstic & Alain Matz 15 January, 2005
After successfully retrieving his evil version’s old Megas, Coop returns to his own dimension in hopes of stopping his evil version from destroying the world. While Coop discovers that this new version of Megas has some new attacks, he finds himself outmatched by the skill and finesse of his evil version’s piloting ability. Fortunately for Coop, he is not alone in his defense of the world and some unexpected allies soon come to his aid, though will their help even be enough to stop the evil version of himself?
